We strive to make returning or exchanging an order as easy as possible for our clients. We offer Free Returns on all online purchases.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery for all full price items, provided that the return conditions specified below are met.

Outlet or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.,


Send an email to: to request a label, print the label and pack your return or exchange using the original packaging and box. Seal securely and attach return shipping label.
Make sure that you’ve carefully folded the items with all tags attached.


Returns & Exchange Conditions

Items must be returned from the original country of shipping.

2. Items must be sent back in original selling condition with all tags attached.

3. Items must be sent back in original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transportation.

4. Items that have been damaged, washed, altered or that reasonably believes have been used will not be accepted.

5. We do not accept returns of: perfumes, creams, wellness products, internal use products, condoms, personal care products, lubricants, with opened packaging; the protective plastic film must remain unopened.

6. Briefs, bodysuits and swimsuits must be returned with the protective adhesive strip intact.

7. We will only accept returns of hosiery in unopened packaging.

8. We do not accept returns for personalised, altered, or monogrammed items.

9. We do not accept returns for earrings, body jewellery, intimate underwear, internal toys, dildo’s, wands, internal vibrators, couple rings, solo rings and other internal toys due to health and hygiene reasons. In case of doubt please send an email to:

  1. Returns that do not comply with the returns policy will not be accepted and are sent back to the customer, at the expenses of the customer.


How To Exchange An Item

If you wish to exchange any of the products in your order, our Customer Care team will be pleased to assist you with finding an alternative.

Please follow the standard returns procedure to return the items you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the replacement item.


How to return an item.

In order to request a return for an order, please first check our returns conditions found above, and then:


  1. Send an email describing your reason for the return; you will then receive a confirmation email within 48 hours with an authorisation number.
  2. Within 72 hours, our Customer Care team will contact you with returns authorisation; including further information and logistical instructions.
  3. If a requested return does not meet our guidelines and conditions, an email will be sent with either partial authorisation or a rejection notification.
  4. Prepare the goods to be sent back in original condition with all original tags and labels attached, in the original box, and with the shipping document included.
  5. Seal the parcel securely and attach the returns label found in the email that was send to you by our customer care team.
  6. We will update you by email on the status of your return.



Refunds Procedure

On receipt of the returned goods, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Returns are processed within 14 days, but usually a lot quicker.

A confirmation email, with a credit notice attached, will be sent once your return has been processed and the refund has been credited to your original payment method.
